Nothing much lately. For one, training resume. It was horrendous. 0.0 For the first training (sat) we ran like hell. I MEAN HELL.

5 rounds of track for warm up.
Next is 4 rounds.
Than last is 3 rounds.

Wonderful. My legs went wobbly After those running. Went into the indoor court also never give chance. 0.0 Still running... ... Without water break... At that time i really hoped for a can for coke! Buts.. .. Oh well..

After court training, we went gym. Can you feel the tiredness?!! Anyway, our WONDERWOMAN vomited. 0.o That's how HELL it was. From the initial 8 ppl, only 4 survive the entire training. *faints*
We went for brunch with TE at amk hub after that. =) Than i went went yaqi to find this washer thingy for my water bag which i lend her. Haha. She is going mountain climbing with pris.

Tml is the start of my attachment. Kinda anxious. I wonder how will it be. Haiz.. Hope everything goes well. =)
